A very busy, very large place to visit, or even live! The streets are crawling with life, and camels, and horses, and other human things. The Marketplace is probably one the biggest, with a large variety of different foods, and mice to hunt. There is never a dull day in Thebes when cats who claim they were never part of the dynasty, come to wreck havoc in the streets! Some of warriors that patrol the streets don't really care, but those are few and far between. Thebes is a place that spells trouble, there is no doubt about it!

The Valley of the Kings. A place where Pharaohs of Thebes past have found their resting place. But much like The City of the Dead, it is said to be haunted at night, although ghosts of dead ancestors have been seen durring the day as well. Naughty apprentices sometimes venture out at night, due to a dare. The healer and the embalmer come in time of trouble to contact the spirits of the dead for guidance in hard times.

The training arena is a medium sized place, surrounded by three large walls. The place is barren of human buildings, so the apprentices that come to train must sleep outside under the stars. The apprentice hunters on the right, and the apprentice warriors on the left. Like the apprentices of Abydos, the apprentices of Thebes operate in sort of the same way, filtering out ever few days to bring in new apprentices and train them. The only difference being, the older more experienced apprentices, before becoming warriors, must work with the new apprentices. It is not a test, just a tradition that has been passed down for generations of cats.

Abydos, a large city filled with winding stone paths, tall buildings, and plenty of tropical plants to keep one cool on hot days. If it wasn't for the stink of some of the most busy streets, it would be a pleasant place to live. If you're going to chose the streets to hunt in, you might be lucky to find a mouse or two, but don't chance it! The Pharaoh's guards are always roaming the streets, trying to keep the peace of the loners and rouges that wish to disrupt the peace. As it turns out, it isn't as boring a place as it sounds!

When a Pharaoh dies, he is carried off to be buried in the City of the Dead - better known as, the Ancient Tombs. During the day, it isn't as daunting, but at night, when all is quiet and the Deep Morning has begun, many say the can see the spirits of their dead ancestors walking about in deep shadows. No one dares go into the City at night accept the healer and the embalmer, to speak with the ancestors in times of need.

A few hours, or four, away from Abydos lies the training fortress. Young apprentices come here to train. They stay for nearly a week before they're allowed back to the city. Rotating out every few days as is the tradition. When you enter the fortress, you will a large expanse of nothing but a sandy floor, and a few small buildings to your right and left. Above you, there is nothing but sky, and are surrounded by four tall walls.

From across the Nile, close to Thebes and Abydos, lies Luxor. A quiet place, but booming with life! The cats that live on the bank use the human rafts to cross over the water, as to be saved from a life and death struggle with a Nile crocodile.

Possibly the longest street that connects the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Lined with seemingly endless statues of strange human/animal creatures. The cats don't mind, for humans are often walking down the smooth path, past the white statues. A good place to gather food, and just meet up with a few friends...
